Lamar Odom Still Hoping To Reconcile With Khloe Kardashian After Signing Divorce Papers

Even though Lamar Odom has signed the divorce papers that Khloe Kardashian has filed a year ago, the former NBA player is still reportedly wondering if those differences that they had in the past can be reconciled. For some couple going through the process of divorce, reconciliation is the very last thing that they would ever want to mull over -- but not for Lamar. The New York native has every intention to patch things up with his estranged wife. He is just waiting on Khloe.

According to Hollywood Life, Lamar is still hoping that a change of Heart on Khloe's part could save their marriage. Lamar wants to be with Khloe again.

"Lamar still believes in his heart that he may still have a change with Khloe," the Hollywood Life wrote. "He's not giving up.

A source told the entertainment news website that Lamar phoned Khloe Dec. 13. It was the day that Khloe has filed for divorce. The source said that Lamar reminded the reality TV star how that day had been one of the worst and saddest days of his life because it was the day that he lost his wife. Lamar wanted to let Khloe know how he felt when she filed for a divorce.

Khloe has filed for divorce because she thought her marriage with the former NBA player was no longer working despite her best efforts. Their marriage fell due to allegations of drug abuse and cheating on Lamar's part. Lamar, who has been reluctant in the past to sign his part on the proceeding in the hopes of reconciliation, has finally affixed his signature, but it doesn't mean that he is ready to move on from Khloe.

The source said that Lamar is just waiting on Khloe's next move. Lamar still loves Khloe and he doesn't want to let their marriage go.

It has been previously reported that Khloe was "lost and in tears" when Lamar finally signed the papers. Despite that fact that Khloe has been begging for Lamar to sign the divorce, the 30-year-old "KUWTK" star's raw emotions were revealed. She felt sad about the divorce that she wanted.

It is not revealed whether or not Khloe has officially filed the divorce papers at the Superior Court County of California, where she filed for separation. Lamar and Khloe married in September 2009 after a brief meeting. Four years later, Khloe filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.
