Pop star Lady Gaga posed naked for her fragrance Fame.

The singer ventured in new line of business by releasing her own line of perfume. The singer tweeted a photo of her revealing and risqué perfume ad.

"I won't lie I'm a bit nervous. It [has] been a while since I've shared some work with you. But I'm so proud of Steven+I, we really did not sleep!" Lady Gaga posted in her Twitter account attached with the controversialphoto.

The perfume ad is true Lady Gaga style. The photo features little men climbing on the singer's nude body. Some of the little monsters were strategically placed on the scandalous parts of the singer's well-exposed body.

In her hand, Lady Gaga holds her fragrance bottle that is shaped like a spaceship. The ad has a caption of "The First Ever Black Eau de Parfum." According to the press release, the perfume was built with three main accords, "dark, sensual and light."

Quickly, the sensual photo of the pop singer created a fuss and numerous articles were written about the photo.

Going naked for perfume ad is no longer unusual. A lot of celebrities endorsing perfume lines or their own line posed naked or almost in their ads. There have been numerous controversies revolving this kind of advertisements.

Religious groups as well as conservatives are against the sexuality embodied in the ads. Feminists abhor them, claiming that it objectifies women and deemed as sexual objects.

However, pop culture claims that this is all part of marketing and advertising in order to sell the product featured in the ad.
