Kylie Jenner has responded to both her “loves” and “haters” after her cosmetics line received a “Failing” rating from the Better Business Bureau of the US. The BBB has since changed the “F” rating to “No Rating.”

According to the BBB, it had given the youngest Jenner/Kardashian’s makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics, an “F” rating, the lowest score possible, because the company has failed to resolve the complaints it has received. Many of the 133 complaints left by the customers claim that the products were not shipped as expected.

“In May of 2016, BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants alleged that packages ordered were not delivered or only partially full when received. The company replied that because their product is shipped in highly recognisable packaging, they feel that packages are being vandalised or stolen. The company also indicated that they were taking steps to change their packaging so that it is less recognisable,” the complaints summary reads.

However, since Jenner’s business has not yet reached one year (it launched in March, according to BBB record), the bureau removed the “F” rating and replaced it with “No Rating.” It admitted that it did not have a sufficient track record to rate the company.

Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics is under the parent company Seed Beauty and sister company to the popular ColourPop Cosmetics.

In a post on her website, Jenner, whose Kylie Lip Kits have received raves in the makeup community, acknowledged the BBB’s change of rating, saying her fans are the reason why she’s motivated to better her products. She has also left word to her haters, saying she’s “sick and tired” of the complaints.

“I’ve sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we’ve received to date has been addressed in a timely manner,” she wrote. “I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy. I don’t want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologise to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn’t receive the service they deserve.”

The BBB is a non-profit organisation that collects business reviews from customers.
