Kylie Jenner is reportedly in trouble due to an incident that happened last year. The reality TV star is slapped with a lawsuit for being a negligent driver.

The 17-year-old Jenner is being sued, along with her mother Kris Jenner, by a woman named Alida Griselie Palma Rivera who claims that she received serious neck and back injuries in a traffic collision when a car driven by the young celebrity caused a major road clash. The incident happened in August 2013.

The woman who filed the lawsuit is also blaming Kris Jenner as she is the owner of the car driven by an underage driver. Rivera claims that she sustained serious injuries in her body externally and internally. As per TMZ, she is blaming Kylie for being a negligent driver as she was driving at an unsafe speed and could not control her vehicle at the intersection.

Kylie was driving a Mercedes Benz G Class SUV, just 18 days after passing her driver's license exam. The accident took place in Calabasas in California. As per an eyewitness, Kylie hit a Toyota car waiting at the traffic signal so forcefully that it hit another car in front of it. The incident resulted in a three-car pileup.

Rivera was in the third car when the accident happened. She is reportedly blaming the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan for the chaos, as well as claiming that the accident damaged the back bumper of her white SUV.

Kylie, however, has exchanged insurance details and other required information with the other drivers before leaving the scene. Daily Mail claims that Kylie is a known reckless driver during her first year as a registered motorist. In August this year as well, she was involved in another car crash while driving a brand new Range Rover.

Rivera is also suing the momager in her lawsuit saying that since she is the owner of the vehicle which hit her badly, she is also partially responsible for the accident because she allowed the young teenager to drive the car at such a high speed.
