Reality TV star Kylie Jenner has gone blonde for the fall season. Channelling her older sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian, the youngest member of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner’s brood has opted to go for lighter locks during the cooler months.

“Took months of not dying my hair and wearing wigs to get my hair back to health so I can do this!” said Kylie in a photo posted on Wednesday. She unveiled her new hairdo with a mirror selfie, which shows off her long straight hair and fabulous figure. In the photo, she is standing in front of a vanity wearing a revealing white crop top and beige pencil skirt.

She described the colour as an “ash dirty blonde” and even gave a shoutout to sister Khloe, who has been sporting a similar colour on-and-off for years. Kim also had a blonde spell earlier this year, when she went for a more drastic platinum shade.

On Thursday, Kylie took her makeover to a whole new level when she announced through another Instagram post that she also got a new haircut. Apart from that, celebrity hairstylist and family friend Joyce Bonelli also dyed her eyebrows to match her new blonde hair.

Kylie revealed that her new look will be seen in all its glory in an upcoming Elle Canada cover. She gave her fans a chance to re-live the process with her by documenting parts of it and posting the videos on snapchat.

The Instagram account Kylizzlesnapchats shared all the videos, where she is seen being worked on with a rod curler. In one video, she also opened up about feeling insecure about her voice.

This time, it’s Caitlyn Jenner who shares the sentiment. After coming out as a transgender woman, Caitlyn had spoken about feeling insecure about the male pitch of her voice. She even practiced trying to sound like a woman with the help stepdaughter Kim. In the end, she decided to let it go and just own the voice she has.
