Kylie Jenner is recently snapped wearing a controversial statement tee. The sleeveless tee had a print stating "I'm Somebody's DUFF," which is taken to stand for "designated ugly fat friend."

Page Six reports that Kylie was spotted wearing a simple tee calling herself somebody's designated ugly fat friend." Her tiny frame and clear face would show how untrue this statement is, making it unclear why she would choose to don this shirt. The site also surmised that the reality just might be promoting the film "The Duff," which stars Mae Whitman, Bella Thorne, Allison Janney and Ken Jeong.

Recently, the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian posted a makeup-free picture of herself, showing how beautiful she still is even without all the thick colors she used to pile her face with. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star that even without makeup, she has bright eyes, clear expression and full lips.

However, despite going makeup-free, Kylie still did not please all people. Some still choose to criticize her face and especially her lips, saying that it has become plumper because of lip injections. Kylie has been denying these speculations for quite some time now, but the rumours just would not die down. A younger picture of her without makeup was pitted against this new make-up free selfie to show that her lips are still plumper than before, even without Kylie's expert makeup skills. Hollywood Life even have surgical doctors decide, and they cannot draw a concrete conclusion. Most of them said while the lips look fuller on the most recent picture, this could just be because she's pouting her lips. Some said she could have some Botox done on them.

On the February issue of Cosmpolitan, Kylie Jenner already addressed these rumours once more, sharing that people watched her grow up since 9, so it is expected that her face now would be far different from when she was younger. She also said that she now knows how to do her makeup so it does not make sense to compare her pictures today to her younger pictures. She however, claimed that she has nothing against plastic surgeries. "I'm not against surgery. I'd never say no, but I don't desire it right now," she said.
