Kristen Stewart recently made head turns at the screening of her new film "Still Alice." Known for her gothic looks, the 24-year-old graced the red carpet in a sheer black dress. The dress featured a zig-zag pattern and was made of a translucent fabric. The actress coupled her look with a pair of matching heels and tattoo on the right arm. She opted for a retro-inspired hairdo and topped her look with dramatic eye make -up. She wore a coral belt around her waist to add a pop of colour.

At the film's screening Stewart posed for pictures with her co-stars Julianne Moore and Kate Bosworth, reported Eonline. In the film, she plays the role of Lydia Howland. Directed by Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland the film tells the story of a Columbia linguistics professor, Dr. Alice Howland (Moore), who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Alice struggles to find a balance between her life, illness and career. Alec Baldwin plays Moore's husband in the film. "Still Alice" had its world premiere at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 8, 2014. The film has been nominated for a bevy of awards. The critics have praised Stewart's performance and it is expected that the film will have a positive impact on the actress' career. "It pays off handsomely in the film's closing moments, a poignant, poetic confrontation between the generations that draws the best from Moore and reveals unexpected depth in Stewart," said Deborah Young of The Hollywood Reporter.

Stewart is also gearing for an action comedy "American Ultra." She will play Phoebe in the film. The film's official synopsis reads as "A stoner and his girlfriend's sleepy, small-town existence is disrupted when his past comes back to haunt him in the form of a government operation set to wipe him out." The film is being directed by Nima Nourizadeh and also stars Jesse Eisenberg, Connie Britton, Topher Grace, John Leguizamo, Bill Pullman, Walton Goggins, and Tony Hale. Stewart will also be seen in a science fiction romantic drama "Equals." She has been cast opposite Nicholas Hoult in the film. The major shooting of the film happened in Tokyo. The first still of the film was released on Sept 26, 2014.
