Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson's First New Year's Date in L.A.

The "Robsten Couple" finally came out for a date, and this time it's with each other. So where did Robert Pattinson take girlfriend Kristen Stewart on a date last January 4?

What's a new year without spending it with your girlfriend? Well, after having spent the Holidays apart (Robert in London and Kristen back with her family in Los Angeles); a low-key date was the answer for the Twilight couple. Despite having plans about a five course dinner with the pair's closest celebrity friends at the Palihouse Holloway, last minute changes to their New Year's Eve plans were made.

"Rob and Kristen decided to go to a house party in Los Feliz," says a source to HollywoodLife.com.

"They wanted to bring in the New Year with some close friends and have a low-key night. They originally planned to have a five course meal at Rob's favorite West Hollywood hotel The Palihouse, but decided to do something more intimate." added the insider.

A simple date was not enough for Hollywood's hot and young celebrity couple as they still yearned for their much needed "Us" time. Robert hang out with Kristen at the Soho House in West Hollywood, which was said to be the actor's favorite spot.

So what happened during their Los Angeles date night? Not much, but public display of affection were as high as always for the young celebrity couple.

"They were with a group of people and so so cute!! Kissing and holding hands. Ugh, I died," shared an overly excited Robsten fan as posted on her blog, feeflarue.tumblr.com.

Celebuzz confirmed that a few sources saw the couple engaging in a casual conversation with a few group of people in the upstairs part of the club.

The couple was of course "happy together as usual" as stated by the source. Apart from spending time together, the couple reportedly came out as support for their "New Moon" director and close friend Chris Weitz.

Glad to hear that they are indeed happy and that none of the rumors and buzz about Robert Pattinson's dates with Sarah Roemer, Nettie and a few other London girls were true.
