According to sources Kris Humphries is hoping to get the $2 million diamond engagement ring but Kris Jenner said her daughter is not giving it back.

Jenner appeared in Good Morning America to promote her new memoir and during the interview she said her daughter will not give the 20.5 carat diamond ring back to Humphries.

"I hate an Indian giver," Kim's mother/manager said. The phrase is considered offensive to American Indians describing a person who gives a gift and takes it back after. "It's a gift - you keep a gift," Jenner said.

Kim's mother said that the decision to file for a divorce gave her daughter a lot of heartache and adds that Kim's dream was to get married, have babies, and raise a family.

"Kim hasn't been the Kim I know. She seemed worried, not her happy self. I want Kim back - I want her to be happy," the 55-yer-old mother of the Kardashians said.

In her blog, Kim said that she is donating the money for all the gifts on her wedding to the Dream Foundation. She recently cut short her tour in Australia after she and her sister Khloé promoted their new handbag collection. Kim had to cancel her appearances in several events like the Swisse marquee which will reportedly earn her more than $150,000 in an hour of appearance.

"I am very disappointed that I am unable to attend the Swisse marquee but I hope to come back and work with the Swisse team at another point in time," Kim said.
