Reality TV star Kris Jenner, and her son-in-law, Kanye West are not taking any more risks when it comes to their family’s safety. Following a break-in incident at Kris’ Calabasas mansion earlier this month, Kris has fired her entire security team. Meanwhile, Kanye has taken over, and has assigned his personal security detail to watch over Kris Jenner’s house.

Kanye, his wife, Kim Kardashian and their two children, 2-year-old North and newborn baby Saint, have all been living with Kris Jenner for the past several months while renovations are taking place in their own home.On Tuesday, Dec. 15, the entire family was put at risk, when an intruder was able to enter the home and came face-to-face with Kris.

The obsessed fan was allegedly even escorted all the way into Kris’ home office, after he posed as a business contact. According to E! News, the security team was unable to provide any explanation as to how the man was able to get through them and the community’s guards. Kris lives in the Hidden Hills gated community in Calabasas, California. Aside from her own team, the neighbourhood also has it’s own security gates and personnel.

Because of the security lapse, Kris decided to fire her entire team. Kanye has ordered his own security detail to step in temporarily. TMZ reports that Kanye’s team is composed of a group of off-duty cops.

While Kris and Kanye work hard to protect their home, another member of the family has fallen victim to an intrusion. Kylie Jenner’s house was targeted on Christmas Eve, by a man who has been spotted lurking around the property at least ten times in recent days. He tried to force his way in, but due to elevated security measure he was unable to get in and was eventualy detained and put on psychiatric hold.

Fortunately, none of the members of the famous Kardashian-Jenner clan have been harmed in either incident. Singer Drake, a family friend, also faced an intruder in the same neighbourhood on Christmas Eve.
