Even though Kourtney Kardashian keeps her children and their well-being on her list of top priorities, she still finds time to visit her ex-partner Scott Disick. Kourtney was recently spotted with Kris Jenner and kids Penelope and Reign at the rehab centre in Malibu, California where Scott is admitted for his drug and alcohol addiction since Oct. 14. Their relationship hit a rough patch and ended in their separation, which was announced on July 6.

Scott was wearing a grey t-shirt and still had a full beard, based on photos from Hollywood Life. He briefly appeared on the balcony to wave at his loved ones. Kourtney visited her ex for the second week in a row. The last time she went there was on Nov. 1 and she brought all her children to meet their dad.

The 36-year-old Kourtney elegantly paired dark sunglasses with a tan coloured top. Kris was wearing a black hat, sunglasses and similar tan blazer over a black top. During the visit, Grandma Kris looked after little Reign and Penelope while Kourtney spent some quality time with Scott. This is Scott’s fourth rehab visit. He previously entered other rehabilitation centers in Connecticut, Florida and Costa Rica for his alcohol and drug problems.

This emotional visit happened after the touching musical tribute for Kris Jenner from all her daughters on her Gatsby-themed 60thbirthday party. The extravagant bash reportedly cost $2 million (AU$2.8 million). The Kardashian and Jenner sisters recreated a music video that Kris herself made back in 1985 on her 30th birthday.

Apart from the sisters, the video also featured Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Cindy Crawford, Katy Perry, and Kris’ grandchildren North, Reign, Penelope and Mason. It featured photos of Kris with her famous friends including Oprah Winfrey. The surprise ending of the tribute featured Caitlyn Jenner in a bubble bath toasting Kris. It also featured Disick. Music and lyrics were credit to the Kardashian girls Kim, Kylie, Kendall, Khloe and Kourtney. The said birthday bash made Kris "very emotional and so happy," according to People.
