Shortly after their turbulent Dallas show last weekend, Kings of Leon band members are urging their brother and vocalist Caleb to enter rehab for his drinking problem.

US rockers Kings of Leon seem like they're on a rough brotherly patch as they urge their front man Caleb Followill to seek professional help regarding his drinking problems. According to a source, the band is currently trying to keep Caleb's "dark demons" away, referring to his uncontrollable boozing. "They are trying to get Caleb to go to rehab. It is mostly for alcohol. That's why they ended up cancelling the whole tour... he drinks like a fish. They all drink," says the source in a report by Mirror.co.uk. The band has canceled the American leg of their tour after last Friday's show where Caleb walked out of the stage mid-song.

In an interview documented by Mirror, it was revealed that Caleb is open to take other substances, such as heavy drugs in order to perform properly. "I have to be inebriated in some way to trust myself and my creativity", says the rocker in the interview. "We would wake up at 3pm, soundcheck, have dinner and drink two bottles of wine. We would drink another before we went on stage, take a bunch of pills, drink another bottle on stage followed by a bowl of cocaine" admits the vocalist in the same post. Caleb continues by describing his habit of getting too drunk onstage and excusing himself to go to the back stage just to vomit and drink beer again.

A spokesperson for the band declined to comment on the issue, but the band manager suggests that the cancellation of the rest of the tour was due to Caleb's "vocal exhaustion". Caleb spoke about the issue and said "I'm just trying to get better". Fans who attended the July 29 Dallas gig were given full refund of their tickets.
