Extremely well-liked in the early 2000s, the Atkins Diet has been questioned by critics regarding its heart healthiness. Under the low carb, high protein plan, past dieters have replaced starchy carbs with foods high in fat and cholesterol. Kardashian, a former spokeswoman for the controversial QuickTrim diet system, stands by the strict Atkins routine despite these critical claims.

"Kim Kardashian wanted a balanced and effective way to lose weight following her pregnancy and she chose Atkins," "he ate lots of lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and healthy fats like avocado and nuts. She experienced previous success on the plan, and knew she needed something that works," said Colette Heimowitz, Vice President of Nutrition for Atkins Nutritionals, Inc., to ABC News in a statement.

Along with dieting, Kardashian has been spotted working out with Kanye West as the couple recently attended an intense Barry's Bootcamp session early Friday in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

Kim's post-baby weight loss is extremely noteworthy and her post baby form now appears to be flawless. According to new report Kim has already dropped 70 pounds and she is loving her post-baby flawless figure. She has been flaunting her figure-flattering curve-hugging styles in cleavage-baring body-con ensembles.

Kim "has managed to shed 70 pounds since delivering little Nori," Kim's super healthy diet includes "veggies, lean protein, and healthy carbs," reported Life & Style magazine.

"She's embracing her curvier body," said Kim's trainer Tracy Anderson to Life & Style before adding, "she is such a beautiful woman!"
