Kim Kardashian And Ray J Might Become Neighbours Soon

Kim Kardashian will soon welcome a new neighbour. As per reports, her new neighbour is expected to be none other than her former lover-Ray J.

TMZ reported that the rapper has been spotted house hunting in Kardashian's neighbourhood. The 33-year-old singer has reportedly shortlisted a house located almost eight blocks away from his former lover's present residence.

As per the recent updates from Mirror, the singer has even put down $2.7 million as an offer to buy the selected property in Hidden Hills. The singer, along with his manager, was seen surveying the property carefully before making the coveted offer.

If the deal gets sealed, the former lovers and partners in a leaked viral sex tape might once again come face to face multiple times in the future. Their relationship first gained attention in 2007, when a homemade sex tape of the reality TV star and her then boyfriend Ray J got leaked in public. The tape was recorded in 2003 and circulated by Vivid Entertainment.

Kardashian reportedly sued Vivid Entertainment for ownership of the tape, after which the case was settled out of court with a compensation worth $5 million. Since then, the infamous sex tape of the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has been reportedly one of the most widely searched item on the Internet.

The two later parted ways. Kardashian, after recovering from a failed marriage, started dating longtime friend, Kanye West, in Oct. 2012. The couple had a daughter, and later got married in May 2014. It was reported that Ray J sent a $47000 cheque as a wedding gift to Kardashian, which was declared to be four months' worth of that year's earning from the sex tape.

Vivid Entertainmet reportedly has made huge profits from the Kardashian-Ray J sex tape, titled 'Kim K Super star'. At the time of Kardashian's wedding last year, the firm has reportedly garnered $50 million from its sales, and the tape reportedly became one of the most watched porn clipping.

Nothing has been officially confirmed yet about the property deal, but it is likely that the singer is going to be Kardashian's neighbour very soon. The 34-year-old reality TV queen has newly shifted to her $20 million mansion in the posh gated community after moving out of her mother's, Kris Jenner, home.

The star has recently opened up about her life in a behind-the-scenes video from her latest Vogue shoot on Jervis Beach near Sydney, reports Mirror. "The biggest misconception about me is that I don't work hard and that everything comes easy to me. It's really hard to live in a world where there are so many people judging you," she shared.
