This man implemented a different method to murder; he used a frypan and a mob to kill his sleeping housemate in August last year, released by a court in Adelaide on Thursday.

49-year-old accused, Peter James August Freyer was found guilty of murdering Joe Triulcio, 42, whose body was found at a Parafield Gardens house on August 16, 2014. The Supreme Court was told that Mr. Triulcio started sharing a house with Freyer and two other people after his marriage ended. A day before Mr. Triulcio's murder, he reached home in a bad mood for not able to meet his daughter, heard the court.

Mr. Triulcio allegedly threatened to kill his former partner's stepfather, who reportedly is accused Freyer's uncle. Later the court heard that the threat should not have been to be taken seriously. Though Mr. Triulcio vented his frustration without actually meaning anything, Freyer took those words seriously and used a frypan to kill Mr. Triulcio. Freyer finally pushed a mop down his throat, leaving no scope for survival.

Freyer watched a home movie based on dead members of his family, before killing Mr. Triulcio. He told one of the flatmates, "I'll be back in a minute - I'm going to sort this out." The prosecution documents that ABC News had access to informed, Freyer "struck the deceased, two - four blows with the frying pan to the head. He was yelling and sounded psychotic."

Mr. Triulcio had a big cut on his right forehead and there was blood all over him. After killing, Freyer sent different text messages to his cousin, uncle and landlord informing them about his act. Meanwhile, in an effort to hide the evidences, Freyer cleaned off the blood slightly, washed his clothes and kept the frypan back in the kitchen.

Below Are The Text Messages Sent to Different People, As Seen On ABC News:

Freyer wrote to his cousin, "you or your dad can rest easy. I did this all for you. Joe is dead."

A message left on his uncle’s answering machine said, "I've killed Joe. He is dead."

He texted his landlord saying, "you have one dead f****r stinking on the lounge and many, many more to come."

Meanwhile, prosecutor, Lisa Duong, described the murder not only preplanned and brutal but also a prolonged one, to traumatised the victim for a longer time. Freyer sentence is waiting next month.
