Khloe Kardashian Opens Up About Marital Troubles On “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” [PHOTOS/VIDEOS]

Apparently, Khloe Kardashian is not ready to talk about her and husband Lamar Odom's predicaments - even with her family. The Kardashians say they're just trying to help, but Khloe thinks the family is being too "pushy."

In a teaser for the new episode of "Keeping Up with The Kardashians," which will air on Oct. 6, Kim Kardashian, makes out that her younger sister Khloe, 29, is hiding something from the family and insists she open up and so that they could help her out.

"You are obviously trying to avoid something and you're afraid of it," Kim says to Khloe.

Khloe belligerently replies, "Why are you guys so, like, pushy?"

Even though Khloe is averse to talk about her marital troubles she does disclose in the clip that she's "not ready to continue with fertility treatments," which is extremely significant.

Khloe has desired to begin a family with Lamar - was this the first sign that things weren't right between the two of them?

In a poignant moment, we notice Khloe with a anxious look on her face and she's on the phone with Lamar, 33.

"Lamar, you okay?" she asks.

The teaser clip then shows a close-up of Khloe, as she begins a cordial confession.

"There are, you know, some things, that not everybody knows,"

"And me and Lamar are the only two people that do need to know that." she says
