In the upcoming mid-season finale of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian West gives up on her fertility treatments. In a visit to her doctor shown in a sneak peek, Kim says she’s done everything and has come out exhausted. [Warning: Spoiler Alert]

Celebrity power couple Kanye West and his wife Kim have been very vocal about their desire to have another child. In this week’s episode of Kim’s reality show, she continues to let the audience in on her fertility struggle.

In a preview video shared by E! Online, Kim sits in her doctor’s office after an ultrasound. The doctor speaks to her about her ovulation schedule as well as the shots that she needs to be taking in order to promote ovulation and fertilization. Kim stares blankly at her doctor while he’s explaining the next steps. He then asks her if she has any questions about what he’s just told her.

“No. I’m like so over it. Like I’m exhausted,” says Kim. She is clearly frustrated and tired of all the procedures. She tells her doctor that she’s sure other people have felt the same way. After all the procedures including a surgery on her uterus, the reality star has had enough.

“I’m like ok, I’m done.” she says. While speaking to E! News host Ken Baker, Kim says the same thing. She explains that she’s done everything perfectly but she’s still unable to conceive. Baker suggests doing handstands and Kim laughs but says she would try anything to reach her goal.

Kim and rapper husband Kanye already have a 23-month-old daughter North. The couple tied the knot almost exactly a year ago and have since been open about wanting another child.

Earlier this season on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kim spoke about having sex “500 times a day” just to up her chances of getting pregnant. She also underwent a minor surgery on her uterus in order to clear it up and make it ready for conception. So far, the couple has not had any luck.

See the rest of her fertility battle in the series’ mid-season finale. “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” will air on Sunday at 9 p.m. EDT on E!.
