Even though Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter North is making very limited appearances in “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” that doesn’t mean she isn’t always being talked about. Kim adores her little girl and always grabs a chance to proudly show her off. E Online shares an outtake from the series where Kim visits her dentist and gushes about baby North while discussing plastic surgery and losing baby weight.

With “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” now on its 10thseason, the Kardashian and Jenner kids have been on screen for a big chunk of their lives. For the next generation of the clan, they have been on screen even before they were born. Kim and Kanye have opted to keep North out of the screen as much as possible, allowing her to be shown only during their wedding special. In any case, Kim took the opportunity to show her dentist a photo of North when she went over for a visit.

In a video shared by E Online, Dr Kevin B. Sands greets Kim by immediately asking how her baby is. Kim eagerly whips out her phone to show him a photo. Dr Sands’ wife Alana walks into his office with their own baby in tow. Kim shows the couple a photo of herself side-by-side with North and gushes about how much they look alike.

While sitting in the doctor’s chair, Kim talks about how she and Kanye have been working on baby number 2. She also makes a comment about how good the doctor’s wife looks. Dr Sands admits that his wife looks good but she also works hard for it. He says that she luckily has no stretch marks, thanks to her Latina skin. However, he says that she does get a little help from plastic surgery with a little nip and tuck here and there.

The doctor comments that Kim looks like she got all her baby weight off. Kim agrees but it’s no secret that Kim had to struggle with weight gain during her pregnancy, among other issues. However, health complications have not stopped her from wanting more kids. Her continuous efforts to conceive a baby will be revealed in the coming episodes of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” which airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on E.
