Katy Perry Wins 2014 Elle 'Woman of the Year' Award, Shows Major Cleavage at the Show: Her Fashionable Looks to Date [PHOTOS]

Katy Perry was declared Woman of the Year at the 2014 Elle Style Awards on Monday night. The pop princess was presented with her gong by none other than Kylie Minogue at the award show in London. The "Roar" songstress flaunted her ample bosoms in a white floral frock. She also showed off her new uber-sexy hairdo. Also worth noting was a giant rock on the finger.

Over the weekend, Katy Perry was seen with that huge ring on her ring finger while hanging out with John Mayer. The ring triggered a massive rumour that Katy Perry and John Mayer are engaged. However, reports suggest that this is just rumour.

"It's not true. They are not engaged," said an insider to Us Weekly.

"It was a romantic Valentine's Day dinner for the two of them in a private spot but there was no proposal... the dinner was sweet but low-key."

Meanwhile, at the 2014 Elle Style Awards, Cara Delevingne, ex-Bond girl Olga Kurylenko, designer Tom Ford and singer Ellie Goulding were given a champagne reception along with a 1950s supper club menu and table butler service at the 17^th edition of the award ceremony.

Apart from Katy Perry, other noted names from the industry bagged the awards. Tinie Tempah, who high-fived the Duke of Cambridge at the Baftas, won the title of Male UK Recording Artist of the Year, and Lily Allen was announced Female UK Recording Artist of the Year.
