The non-stop news about Kate Middleton's look is always making headlines on tabloids and gossip Web sites, and this time the Duchess of Cambridge is allegedly pregnant or just bloated and her puffy face is recovering from plastic surgery.

"Kate was photographed doing some charity on July 1st, and in every single one of the photographs, Kate's face looks oddly disproportionate," Celebdirty Laundry reports.

The gossip Web site also claimed that Kate is "not oblivious enough to get plastic surgery done before making a public appearance," but she can't control her body's reaction to pregnancy. "She's carrying such obvious tell-tale signs of pregnancy," the Web site added.

For the past month, the rumours about Kate's second pregnancy is making waves but still no word from the couple, confirming or denying about it. The Web site who reported about the pregnancy apparently got a copy of In Touch magazine with the headline about her latest pregnancy.

"Kate is thrilled to be feeling well and is happily planning little George's first birthday party," a source told the magazine.

"She and Prince William are also planning on confirming baby number two to coincide with George's birthday. William thinks that the best gift that they can give him is a baby brother. William wants his son to have a sibling close in age just like he had Harry," added the source.

But 32-year-old Duchess and the 31-year-old Duke are "definitely not expecting their second child," according to Hollywood Life. Kate put all rumours to bed when she went on a wine tasting event held at Amisfield Vineyard and told the winemakers that she was "really enjoying being able to drink again after having baby George."

Recently spotted on leading British supporters for Andy Murray at Wimbledon on Wednesday, July 2, the mother of one couldn't contain herself as she watched the Scot's quarter-final clash opposite Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov. Looking so stylish in a white dress by Australian brand Simmermann, Kate together with Prince William watched Wimbledon's reigning champion lose to Dimitrov.

Showing how passionate she is to the sports, Kate was caught on camera pulling a variety of faces as she appeared quite animated during the match. The royal couple together with the rest of the Scot's supporter's woes with shock and horror as Murray fell in straight sets, but applauded his efforts and Dimitrov's impressive performance.
