Although that could be water under the bridge by now, these stories have reportedly been giving the Duchess of Cambridge a hard time. Some reports even say that Kate is demanding to know every single detail about her husband's past relationships even though the pop star has not been bugging their marriage, if she did at all. While Prince William and Britney Spears' past relationship had never been confirmed, Kate might feel pinched for not being her husband's first pick.
An insider allegedly told the National Enquirer magazine that Kate has been dying to know more juicy details about her husband's rumored past relationship with Britney Spears that was not only unconfirmed, but happened many years ago, if true. Reports also say that the Duchess has been repeatedly asking the Prince to spill the beans regarding his rumored past romance with the “Oops I Did It Again” singer.

Reports also say that after Kate repeatedly badgered her husband regarding this, the Prince did respond but did so coyly. The future King of England reportedly admitted to some flirtatious correspondence with the pop superstar, but assured his wife that nothing really happened.
All this, however, has been debunked by online gossip police, Gossip Cop, which said that the songstress and Prince William had never dated and neither is Kate Middleton dying to know the details as falsely reported by numerous sources. A source close to Britney Spears has confirmed that all reports about the rumored past relationship are false and that there is absolutely no truth in it.
