Kate Middleton is reportedly still battling the early effects of second pregnancy that was announced on Sept. 8, 2014. The Duchess of Cambridge has moved to her parents' Bucklebury home in West Berkshire, England during the time of her sickness. While everyone is hoping to see the royal make a public appearance, the latest report notes that she is "'struggling terribly' with debilitating antenatal sickness."

Daily Mail broke the news providing an update on the Duchess' health. According to the report, Kate Middleton has been accompanied by Prince George to her family home while she "hasn't been at all well."

Not too long after the big announcement of Kate Middleton's second pregnancy, reports about her sickness started to swirl around. She is reportedly suffering from medical condition hypermesis gravidarum (HG). Expectant mothers experience severe nausea, vomiting that leads to dehydration and weight loss. Duchess, who is believed to be 10-weeks pregnant, suffered this medical complication even when she was pregnant with Prince George and was reportedly hospitalised at the time.

According to the report, Kate Middleton's mother Carole has "taken the charge" to help her daughter recuperate faster. She is reportedly looking for "alternative sickness cures" and relying on remedies such as herbal teas. Furthermore, she has also been looking after Prince George. The report notes, Prince George has been spotted in local shops along with his grandmother.

It is reported that Kate Middleton "feels more relaxed" at her Bucklebury mansion, "than at Kensington Palace."

A source told the Mail that Kate Middleton "is feeling so lousy that she just wanted to be with her family and out of public view." Furthermore, she is closest to her mother Carole, who is taking charge like "hands-on grandmother" these days. However, Prince George's Spanish nanny Maria continues to assist her. It is said that her parents' home is a place where Kate Middleton gets to be herself while she is away from royal duties that she has to fulfill on day to day basis.

According to the source, the Duchess' second pregnancy sickness experience has been almost the same like the first one. She is "just as poorly" as she was during the time of Prince George. However, her doctors are well-prepared this time and prevented from admitting the royal to the hospital.

In the wake of her pregnancy complication, Kate Middleton has cancelled many of her important public commitments such as solo trip to Malta. Mirror is reporting that the pregnant Kate Middleton is set to welcome the President of Singapore to the U.K. on Oct. 21. She will be joining her husband Prince William to receive the guests -- President Tony Tan and his wife Mary -- at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington.

Kate Middleton and Prince William got married on April 29, 2011. The royal couple was blessed with Prince George two years later on July 22, 2013. The 15-month-old royal baby is now the heir to the England's throne, who is third in line of succession after Prince Charles and Prince William.
