Still suffering from extreme morning sickness, hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), Kate Middleton is currently suspending her public appearances and went radio silent as she tries to recover at her parent's home. Her disappearance to the public eye made a lot of speculations including her decision to stay at Buckleberry and being conscious about her appearance.

The Duchess of Cambridge was recently announced as the new royal patron of the 1851 Trust, a charity that is close to Kate's heart that aims to inspire kids and young adults through sailing. Simply too ill to attend on an official event, the expectant royal issued a statement telling the guests of the event that she is fortunate to enjoy sailing at a young age and it's the best venue for kids to develop their skills and confidence.

Since the royal announcement last September 8, Kate's pregnancy is making headlines including how far along she is before giving birth to Prince George's brother or sister. Based on the reports, the Duchess has still not reached the 12th week stage of her pregnancy which suggested that she is due around May next year.

"No announcement has yet been made, suggesting the Duchess was only six weeks pregnant at the most when the announcement was made. That means her baby will not be due until late April or early May," according to Telegraph as HG usually begins four to seven weeks of pregnancy. "If the Duchess was only four weeks pregnant on September 8, that would mean she is still less than 10 weeks pregnant, which would make her due date on or around May 1."

Worse than her first pregnancy, the 32-year-old mother of one is taking the pregnancy toll as she is forced to cancel any public appearance until Friday, October 24. She is scheduled to have a meet-and-greet with the President of Singapore, Tony Tan, during his state visit on October 21, the Palace is still cagey when it comes to Kate's next appearance.

Meanwhile, Catherine is said to be leaning on her mother, Carole, for support as she goes through the pains of her second pregnancy. With her engagements being reviewed on a "case to case basis," her health is the main the priority and she will take her time to recover before going back to her royal duties.
