Even after the palace spokesperson confirmed that Kate Middleton is having a single pregnancy, rumours about the Duchess giving birth to twins come April is not mellowing down. After fighting a severe case of morning sickness, Kate was out and about and even made a public debut with her baby bump when she welcomed Singapore's President Tony Tan last October 23.

Reports about the Duchess carrying royal twins are making its rounds when Star magazine revealed a recent ultrasound of Kate carrying not one but two babies. There is even a photographed that shows the royal couple happily leaving the clinic after the saw the pregnancy scan.

"When they looked at the screen and saw two tiny human beings, they were completely overwhelmed," a source close to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge revealed to the magazine. "Will said Kate's mouth dropped open and her eyes almost popped out of her head, then she squealed, 'Oh my God!' He'll never forget the look on her face -- it must have been priceless!"

The twin news came after the betting on the royal pregnancy was suspended across various Britain's betting agencies. William Hill's, betting agency, spokesperson Rupert Adam that they have loads of unexpected bets and it seems that people now something for most bets came from new accounts.

Having twins could be an exciting news for the Cambridges as they longed to have a larger family in their home in Norfolk. The 32-year-old brunette previously admitted to the U.K.'s Telegraph that she plans to have "at least" three children, which means that more siblings and playmates for Prince George.

Meanwhile, Kate is scheduled to make a public appearance at Wales-Australia rugby match in Cardiff on Saturday, November 8 and will be heading to Pembrokeshire to visit the Valero Pembroke Refinery. She will join Prince William at the Millennium stadium to watch Wales taken on Australia, the couple are also set to meet injured servicemen before the game.

After the rugby match, the couple will meet the staff and apprentices of Valero Pembroke Refinery as they celebrate its 50the year anniversary this year. Will and Kate will return to London on Sunday, November 9, for the service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph on Whitefall, together with other members of the Royal Family.

Palace spokesperson is yet to confirm about the Star magazine's claims.
