After a crippling pregnancy-related illness, Kate Middleton is back in the public's eye as she continues her royal duties. But rumour has it that she lost seven pounds since she found out that she was pregnant and was diagnosed with hyperemesis. With the height of 5-foot-9, Kate weighs 108 pounds and is 14 Lbs underweight which could put her baby at risk.

The Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly losing too much weight that she collapsed one morning after feeling dizzy. Now on her three months of pregnancy, Kate is supposed to be gaining five to seven pounds, according to NYC ob-gyn Dr. Daniel Roshan in his interview with Life & Style magazine. But instead of gaining, she is losing 12 to 14 pounds after suffering from an acute case of morning sickness.

"Kate's collapse has been hushed up by the palace!" a source told the National Inquirer about the recent crisis in the palace. "It happened one recent morning when she felt dizzy. She'd been up all night vomiting and was weak, but she was trying to go about her morning routine. Despite doctors' orders that she have an aide nearby at all times, she didn't summon help. Kate collapsed - only to be found on the floor a few moments later by one of her staff."

Fortunately, the 32-year-old royal is perfectly fine including her baby and made her first pregnancy debut on Oct. 21 when she welcome Singapore's President, Tony Tan, to Buckingham Palace. Looking fabulous on her first public appearance, the expectant mother is reportedly still sick but have to put on a brave face in order to fulfil her royal duties.

Meanwhile, William and Kate are planning to celebrate their first Christmas in their new home in Anmer Hall. As opposed to travelling to one of their parent's home, the royal couple is spending their holidays in Norfolk due to Kate's condition. The two spent their last two Christmas since they were married to both of their parent's place.

The 10-bedroom estate provides an ample space to host both of their families. The couple will spend their Christmas lunch with Queen Elizabeth and the royal family at Sandringham House in Norfolk, according to reports. With their own home just down the road from Sandringham, Anmer Hall is an ideal setting for both of their families considering Kate's pregnancy.
