Kate Middleton is reportedly back on her toes and ready to resume with her royal duties. However, she has again pulled out on her recent planned visit to a charity for children in London. Sources are saying her pregnancy sickness is once again to be blamed for the cancellation that had apparently disappointed the children expecting to see the Duchess.

Royal aids have confirmed the Duchess is well enough to resume with her royal duties. According to a previous article from the International Business Times, a spokesperson confirmed Kate Middleton already has October and November lined up with new royal engagements. The first one, according to Daily Mail, would have been a visit to a charity which she is a patron. Kate Middleton was scheduled to visit London's Art Room that caters to children with behavioural disorders. But she was again MIA and Kensington Palace reportedly said the Duchess was "hugely disappointed" at having to pull out.

In a personally-penned message, Kate Middleton expressed her apologies to the disappointed staff and children at the Art Room. The Duchess reportedly claimed she was truly sorry that she couldn't come. However, promises that she would personally visit the place soon when the opportunity comes.

"I wanted to share my congratulations with you all for the launch of the new Clore Art Room. I was looking forward to joining you all for this particularly special day as part of The Clore Duffield Foundation's 50th Anniversary year," Kate Middleton said according to Daily Mail.

As "Patron of the Art Room," the Duchess also expressed feeling "great pride" in seeing "the work that the charity is doing." She reportedly also voiced her excitement in looking "to a future with even more Art Rooms, where the lives of many more challenging and vulnerable children will be transformed."

The last time Kate Middleton was seen on public with Prince William was last Aug. 5, during the poppy installation at the Tower of London. She has missed out on other royal engagements and duties because of Hyperemesis Gravidarum, brought on by her second pregnancy.
