The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge together with Prince Harry attended a launch in South-East London which aims to train the next generation of Olympic athletes.

Prince William and Prince Harry are both sportsmen of the Royal Family. But yesterday, The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, beat the two boys hands down at sports.

Despite wearing a dress and high heels, Kate Middleton managed to look poised as she tried her hand at table tennis. Kate was described as "unbelievably talented" by the coach during their visit yesterday at the Bacon College for the launch of Coach Core program.

Onlookers said that Kate was "dab hand" while she played the sport against an opponent from the club. It was obvious on her face that she was enjoying the sport. Picture after picture, Kate was seen with her pearly white smile.

Kate was also seen talking to the children that were training under the program and joyously cheered on the games. The three royals took their time to talk to the little kids and emphasized how important sports coaching is.

The Duchess of Cambridge preferred to jeep it low-key by wearing a $55 patterned dress from Hobbs and paired it with beige wedges. Later that day, she changed into a more laid-back wear to join Prince William and Prince Harry as they welcome the Olympic flame at the Buckingham palace.
