Still recovering from her hospitalization, the Duchess of Cambridge will unfortunately have to pass on attending the much-awaited London premiere of 'The Hobbit.'

The anticipated Peter Jackson spectacle is set to premiere tomorrow at the Odeon, Leicester Square, but one guest of honor will not be able to make it. The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, who has recently been diagnosed with a morning sickness ailment called 'hyperemesis gravidarum,' will have to watch The Hobbit next time.

"The Duchess of Cambridge will not attend The Hobbit premiere tomorrow evening and will continue to rest privately" said a spokesman from the St. James palace as reported by the Mirror. But royal couple fans attending the premiere need not worry; Prince William is confirmed to attend the premiere, even without Catherine by his side.

"The Duke of Cambridge will attend as planned," ensured the spokesperson.

Not many know that the Duchess' condition can be threatening, especially for women during their early stages of pregnancy. A spokesperson from Pregnancy Sickness Support, a support group for women experiencing the Duchess' ailment, said that it might be "rough" for Kate for the next days.

"The sickness is constant and ongoing, it's just a matter of keeping on top of it," revealed the spokesperson in the same Mirror report.

"She might have days that are a bit better than other days but realistically you don't have days when you're actually well." added the representative.
