The Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly turned to her sister, Pippa Middleton, for some fitspiration following the birth of her second child, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. According to a source, Kate Middleton has turned to her sister for help in regaining her athletic form.

A source revealed to UK’s Now Magazine that Kate Middleton is very keen in getting back her toned and firm body that she has hired her sister, Pippa, to be her personal trainer. “Kate wants to get fitter and have a few muscles,” the source said.

The source claimed the Duchess of Cambridge is even envious of her sister’s body, especially after she saw Pippa’s sexy figure in a bikini. “When the Middletons were holidaying in Mustique in February, Kate was in awe of her sister’s figure after she saw her in her bikini,” the source added. “She [Kate Middleton] made a pledge to herself that she’d start working out as soon as possible after Princess Charlotte was born,” the source further explained.

Kate Middleton’s workout regime to get her back into her athletic body reportedly includes a cross-county route around the Anmer Hall grounds and some few laps on the pool. According to the source, Pippa Middleton has also prepared a high-energy diet plan for the Duchess of Cambridge to ensure that she consumes more carbohydrates and protein. “She plans to increase her calorie count by 500 a day so Kate doesn’t burn off more than she gains on her fitness regime,” the source explained.

The Duchess of Cambridge will reportedly start on her workout, which Now Magazine called as “Pippa’s Boot Camp,” shortly after Princess Charlotte’s christening. The little princess is scheduled for baptism on July 5.

US Weekly previously also cited a source who claimed Pippa Middleton has also encouraged the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to go into juicing to lose weight. She has reportedly been looking after her sister’s well-being while Kate is busy tending to her two children. According to the source, Pippa has arranged for fresh juices to be delivered to the duchess every three days and that Kate consumes it in the morning as her go-to for an extra boost.
