When the cover of UK Tatler's Februarry 2012 issue was released, it had a line saying "What to Expect When You're Expecting" under The Duchess name.

Many rumors buzzed around the Royal Couple on whether they are expecting a baby, and after they were all proven false, Tatler still misleads the public with a headline that might suggest that The Duchess is 'expecting.'

Not to be ruled as an official shoot for the magazine, the cover shows an existing photo if The Duchess that appears to be treated with paint-like textures. Meanwhile, the misleading tag line made some followers angry and confused, saying the pregnancy issues are way over and out to be considered as the lead angle of a story.

"I think it's more like, 'What to expect when you're expecting Kate Middleton to be pregnant." wrote one fan in a thread.

Others are reacting to the way The Duchess' photo was plastered all over the cover. According to fans, the magazine did a less-than-believable job of making it look like Middleton actually sat down for an official Tatler shoot.

"The core readership of Tatler will know she'd currently neither pose for them nor speak with them, while the casual purchaser who's unaware of that will discover the emptiness of the cover feature and probably never pay good money for the magazine again, especially not when they can get countless glossy shots of her every week in Hello for half the price." says one fan in a forum thread by The Fashion Spot.

The original photo on the cover used by the magazine was shot by Chris Jackson.
