It looks like Kate Middleton knows how to convince people, so much so that a new report says that she managed to convince the Queen to allow Royal outcast Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew to marry again. The royal pair divorced in 1996.

In the upcoming December 1st Issue of Globe, a magazine that seems to always have a scoop on the Royal family, it is being reported that Sarah "Fergie" Ferguson and Prince Andrew, despite being divorced, have been living together for the past couple of years. And, with Duchess Kate Middleton's help, the couple finally secured Queen Elizabeth's blessing to marry for the second time around.

Under the British law, the Queen is supposed to give her permission first if the royal children want to marry someone. The permission was given after Sarah is said to have got the support of pregnant Kate Middleton. According to the magazine, the Queen has already forgiven Sarah for her previous mistakes, that included men and money. This is no small feat as Sarah's mistakes reportedly included selling information on Andrew to determined reporters. She was also not invited to Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding because of these mistakes. "In welcoming Sarah back into the fold, the Queen is defying her husband Prince Philip who can't stand Fergie," the tabloid says. "Now all the talk is about when will Fergie and Andy announce they're remarrying."

The new report has to yet be verified or officially confirmed and a wedding date has not yet to been announced. However, past reports can lend credence to the possibility of Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew remarrying. According to previous reports, Andrew and Fergie are still in good terms despite their divorce. They have been seen going on nights out together and have been reuniting with their daughters on yearly summer vacations.

Back in August, Sarah Ferguson joined her ex-husband Andrew and their kids Beatrice and Eugenie at the Scottish estate for a summer break. During this vacation, she also had a good time with Queen Elizabeth. Unfortunately, her stay reportedly had to be cut short to avoid complications, as Prince Philip was expected to join the Queen. Prince Philip would have been angry seeing her there, according to a report. "He cannot understand why she's living under the same roof as Andrew after all these years," a royal source told British newspaper The Sun (via Express UK). Their remarriage would have to wait until Prince Philip himself says yes and stop being angry with Sarah, the source said then.
