“The Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco, who plays the hit character Penny, has officially divorced tennis player and husband Ryan Sweeting. The two finalised their divorce on Friday. Cuoco split form Sweeting last fall and filed for divorce in September 2015 after only 21 months of marriage.

According to court documents of the duo’s prenuptial agreement obtained by People, 30-year-old Cuoco needs to pay 28-year-old Sweeting US$165,000 (AU$225,000) in two payments. Sweeting will not receive any spousal support from Cuoco as per the documents.

In addition to that, Sweeting will receive attorney fees, not in excess of US$55,000 (AU$75,000), and US$9,387 (AU$12,800) as outstanding bill the tennis player owes for legal services rendered to him in connection with the prenup. Cuoco also agreed to pay US$195,000 (AU$266,000) for Sweeting’s two personal trainers. On the other hand, Cuoco will receive their Santa Barbara beach house and Tarzana, California, home.

Cuoco opened up about her marriage and divorce in an appearance in the Ellen DeGeneres Show in February. She also spoke on her decision to cover up a tattoo of their wedding date.

“Don't tattoo wedding dates,” Cuoco said on the show.

According to TMZ, Cuoco has protected her huge “The Big Bang Theory” earnings of US$72 million (AU$98 million) under the prenup agreement. The entire money is hers.

Cuoco is now dating professional equestrian boyfriend Karl Cook. The actress has not been shy in showing off her new beau. They keep sharing PDA-filled photos on their Instagram accounts.
