Justin and Selena Put Split-Issues to Bed
In what seemed like the teen couple’s move to put to rest the ‘break-up’ reports that stormed the web over the weekend, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez ‘sealed their bond together with a kiss’ as the two attended 2011 Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson amphitheater in Universal City, California in Los Angeles on August 7.
It was a long day for entertainment writers wanting to see first hand if indeed the two had paused the botton as confirmed in a report by The Sun.
Citing an unnamed friend, The Sun attested in an exclusive report over the weekend that Selena was apparently unhappy with the kind of friends Justin has been hanging out with.
But it looks like Selena still feels strongly for Justin - - enough to keep him around.
A more dramatic version of the story was Justin Bieber crying over the split, as noted in an earlier report by IBTimes.
The 2011 Teen Choice Award held Sunday evening in Los Angeles, California proved to be very telling.
The two arrived at the TCA separately leaving the swarm of photographers to have an even longer day waiting for the much-anticipated drama to unfold.
This however, should not come a surprise. In another report by IBTimes AU, it was noted that the couple has always walked the red carpet individually and only hooked up inside the venue.
According to the Daily Mail, the teen couple gave the cameramen and the onlookers what they have been waiting for: a confirmation that they are still going strong as a couple by “putting on an affectionate display” for everyone to see.
While the two are seated next to each other, a photo taken of the celebrity couple showed Justin Bieber planting Selena a kiss on the cheek with their hands holding tight together.
The big smile on Selena’s face tells us a lot. Yes, the are still a couple.
