Justin Bieber has a new look! The 20-year-old Canadian musician shows off a more polished and grown-up appearance, complete with clean cut hair, a shiny, royal blue jacket that covers up most of his arm tattoos, black pants and shoes. Bieber included a message on the Instagram photo he recently posted.

"Just the beginning," said Bieber on Instagram.

Surely, people are curious to know what the Biebs meant when he said that. This is "just the beginning" of what, Justin? Could it be the beginning of a new chapter in Bieber's life and career? And, is this an attempt to win back on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez?

There are other photos of Bieber on Instagram wearing dapper suits with a hat, a Rolex watch or some sunglasses. This is a huge shift from his usual look of casual t-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, pants or shorts and a backwards cap on his head. Hmmm, all this could be for an upcoming ad promoting Rolex or sunglasses. Or maybe, he's the new image model of a suit designer? It could also be for a new music video. As for the Biebs and Selena, it looks like things continue to get rocky for the two of them. The latest drama for the couple was during the Fourth of July festivities when she reportedly told him to get lost because he was seen with Chantel Jeffries again! Bieber and Jeffries used to have a fling, which understandably irked Selena. Is this the end for Justin and Selena? We'll just have to wait and see what happens next in the Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez love story.

Whatever Justin's reasons are for updating his style, it is a welcome change, especially since his fans are also growing up and will start to expect mature things from him too. If changing his appearance is the start of better things to expect from the Canadian pop star, then let's wish him well. Hopefully, Justin Bieber's new look will influence his songs and he can produce ones with mature themes already, instead of the teenybopper style that he used to rely on for millions of screams from fans.
