"Beliebers" may be a bit surprised to learn that their favourite Canadian crooner has been named the 7th popular woman on the web. From landing number seven last 2010 to number two in 2011, Justin Bieber is still seriously taken as a woman. Well, at least Justin is being taken seriously.

According to FOX News, Justin Bieber has constantly been included in the most popular list on the web - for women. Despite being popular as a male, Justin is still hilariously taken as a woman and Google searches complied by COED magazine can prove that. The complete list from 2010 is as follows.

10. Avril Lavigne

9. Paris Hilton

8. Miley Cyrus

7. Justin Bieber

6. Britney Spears

5. Rihanna

4. Beyoncé

3. Madonna

2. Ke$ha

1. Lady Gaga

From landing in the number seven spot last 2010, Bieber once again manages to make it to the most popular women on the web list in 2011 at number two. Well, the new hair style along with the topless fashion probably did worse for Bieber. Fortunately, Justin Bieber is no longer on the 2013 list of popular women on the web. "Beliebers" can breathe a sigh of relief over that announcement.

As for other Justin Bieber related news, the 19-year old singer is once again involved in a controversy involving parties at his mansion. In a report by TMZ, party goers are subject to sign an NDA form before entering the Bieber party.

A contract released to TMZ claims that the party is "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained" and risks include "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."

Also, if any news about the house party gets leaked, Bieber would sue for a whopping amount of $5 million dollars. This waiver wouldn't be new to Hollywood party goers but Bieber's NDA contract certainly says a lot.
