Apple Watch is now available in select Apple Retail Stores and it is for the first time that Apple’s wearable tech product is available for in-store sales, according to reports.

Tech Crunch confirms the availability of Apple Watch inventory in select Apple Retail Stores. The representatives of Tech Crunch purchased a 42mm Classic Buckle strap at the Apple Store in Toronto’s Eaton Centre. The retail outlet also had the Sport Band and Leather Loop models available in both 38 mm and 42 mm sizes and the Milanese Loop in 38 mm size, reports Tech Crunch.

According to an Apple Insider report, stocks have not reached all Apple Stores. The publication had contacted an Apple Retail store in Austin, Texas and learnt that a shipment was not expected until next week.

A Sport band is priced at $49 while the Leather Loop, Classic Buckle and Milanese Loop will be available at a price tag of $149, both online and offline, reports Apple Insider. The Modern Buckle and Link Bracelet have been priced at $249 and $449 respectively, as per the Apple Insider report.

Very recently, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook had confirmed that the Apple Watch will be available at Apple’s retail stores by June in multiple countries across the world. As per a Tech Times report, Apple had informed customers about limited supply of its first wearable product that was available for pre-orders on April 10. After that, the tech giant announced the unavailability of Apple Watch at Apple’s retail stores on its date of launch i.e April 24.

According to a Mac Rumors report, Apple was accepting orders for the Apple Watch online, so that customers do not have to wait for long durations outside Apple’s retail stores. The limited supply of the Apple Watch and a fault in the taptic engines could have been the reason behind the unavailability of the smartwatch, mentions Mac Rumors.

Apple has been trying to sort out the issues related to limited supply of the Apple Watch with many orders shipping out ahead of the estimated delivery dates, as per the Mac Rumors report. The publication also reported, some of the major fashion brands across the world are selling the Apple Watch through their outlets.
