After settling his divorce with actress Amber Heard, Johnny Depp is now getting rid of the five-penthouse property he used to share with the actress atop the Eastern Columbia building in downtown Los Angeles, California.

Real estate investors or fans can own the Hollywood actor’s penthouse collection on 849 Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90014 for only US$12.8 million (AU$16.6 million), according to the Trulia listing.

A video posted on YouTube gives interested buyers a sneak peek on the interiors and exteriors of the multi-floor real estate property. The property is listed with Kevin Dees & Nike Segal of Partners Trust. The collection of five penthouses comes with a sky deck, swimming pool, lounging cabanas, outdoor fireplace and a fitness studio.

“This unprecedented collection is offered at US$12,780,000. Penthouses are available for purchase individually, with prices available upon request,” the video’s information reads.

The address of the celebrity’s property was made public after Heard sought a restraining order against her then estranged husband. The Hollywood couple finalised their US$7 million (AU$9.2 million) divorce settlement in August after a 15-month marriage. The pair wed on Feb. 3, 2015. The 13-story Eastern Columbia building was designed by Claud Beelman and opened in September 1930. The Art Deco building with its signature glossy turquoise terra cotta cladding took US$1.25 million (AU$ 1.625 million) and nine months to build. After it was modernized in 2007, Depp purchased the first of the five penthouses and acquired the rest of the wing the following years.

Aside from the penthouses atop the Eastern Columbia building in Los Angeles, Depp owns a 37-acre estate in France and a private island in the Bahamas.
