Just like Jennifer Lawrence's trending nude photo, the hacker responsible for leaking the racy images is now a hot topic as he/she sparks fears of a mass celebrity hacking. Now a criminal case, FBI is currently investigating the Sunday's incident when the racy photos of "The Hunger Games" actress leaked on various social media sites.

"The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter," revealed FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller on Monday, Sept. 1, after the leaked photos surfaced in all kinds of websites on Sunday night. "Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time."

The Oscar-winning star's representative, Liz Mahoney, called the incident "a flagrant violation of privacy and contacted authorities to prosecute the person who hacked the actress' phone. The racy photos were reportedly accessed due to an iCloud leak that features Chris Martin's new flame in several positions of undressing.

Based on reports, there are around 60 photos of the actress are reportedly stolen including a video that contains explicit acts that is up for grabs with PayPal donations. Now that FBI is monitoring everything, the unidentified hacker is looking for buyers and is looking for ways on how to upload the alleged video anonymously.

Kate Upton, whose photos were confirmed to be real, is also condemning the hacker with her lawyer calling it "an outrageous violation." "We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible," Upton's lawyer, Attorney Lawrence Sire said in an interview posted on CNN.

With the hacker's nude photo master list, many celebrities raised some concerns when it comes to the safety and security of their files on digital devices. Used by 300 million people worldwide, the cloud-based Internet data storage system is now in serious threat with a weak password system that can easily be hacked without knowing the culprit.

Experts have warned A-list celebrities that more images could surface based on the screenshot of the list of hacked celebrities that was deleted on 4Chat website. The hacker's nude master list includes celebrities Cat Deeley of "So You Think You Can Dance," models Cara Delevigne, Kelly Brooke and Candice Swanepoel, Winona Ryder, Kirsten Dunst and Avril Lavigne.
