Yes, Jennifer Aniston is 44 years old.

But to us fans, she will always be our darling, sweetheart, honey, pumpkin Rachel of Friends.

Who could blame us for not being able to move on from her most loveable character? Especially that, when you look at her today, she doesn't look like 44 at all.

She still is that 24-year-old lady who ran away from her wedding and who makes Ross' heart melt each time.

Skin Care

In a recent interview with NY Mag, Jennifer shares her ultimate skin care secret. "The skin care rule I stand by is simply cleanse, tone and moisturize. I also try to exfoliate pretty regularly. Awhile back I was doing a movie in the summer heat. Long days with a face full of make-up made my skin react badly...

I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do... hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drinks lot of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible."

She also revealed in the interview that she always see to it that her bag has her "lip balm by Dr. Hauschka. I always have Fig lip liner by Estee Lauder. I've been using that pencil forever. I really like this concealer pencil by La femme, which is double ended, one side is a concealer and the other is a highlighter. Sometimes I'll throw some make-up wipes in my bag, they're great when I go to the gymn or yoga. I usually have a small bottle of my Jennifer Aniston fragrance, in case I need a quick scent touch up."

Jennifer also warned girls that expensive make-up brands don't mean they are good for the skin. "When I started making enough money to afford high-end, fancy skin care products with sexy bottles, I decided to give them a try... my skin got irritated... Some products and masks can be too aggressive and irritating for ceratin skin types. I believe the more simple, natural and easy the skin care regime, the better your skin will be."

Not Eating Fast Food

Jennifer shared her most unforgettable experience about eating fast food. She had always eaten healthy fresh food that her system was irritated when she once ate a Mc Donald's Big Mac.

"I'll never forget when Justin and I were on a road trip and we were so hungry. The only thing around was McDonald's. I think I ordered a Big Mac. Wow, my body did not react well to that! It was like putting gasoline in a purified system. I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible. And I think what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin."

Yoga for Butt

In a separate interview with OTRC.com, Jennifer shared that she has always struggle about her butt. But thanks to Yogalosophy, which is a yoga exercise combining yoga and cardiovascular routines with an inspirational speaker, she felt good about herself.

"When I decided to work out, doing yoga, I was just ready for something different and it was just perfect timing for where I was in my life and I just started to see the results and that just got me excited and I just felt stronger. I did feel stronger in my mind and in my heart."

"Sometime it's just fun, you know, get the music jamming and have a really good time and then sometimes it's a little more mellow, more sort of intense and just gentle and kind."
