When famous celebrities use their fame in order to help others who are in need, there is definitely nothing better.

Jennifer Aniston, together with other famous celebrities, made a heart-melting appearance in a "Hey Jude" charity music video that hit the website YouTube as part of the St. Jude Children's Hospital year-long celebration of its 50th anniversary.

The video was created to raise money for the St. Jude Children's Hospital as they help kid battle cancer and other deadly diseases. The 43-year old "Just Go With It" actress, Malin Akerman, Lady Antebellum, Jack Nicholson, Keith Urban, Robin Williams, Jimmy Kimmel and Ellen DeGeneres are just a few of the many famous celebrities who gladly participated for the cause.

The all-star singing ensemble also recorded the track for the St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital which included some of the many patients, nurses and doctors on the "Hey Jude" charity video. A lot of people are expected to help after watching the video by donating $5, buying the #heystjude T-shirt that was worn by the kids and celebrities in the video for $35 and sharing the video to spread the word through the famous social networking sites "Twitter" and "Facebook."

Meanwhile, multi-platinum selling pop star singer Jordin Sparks explained the reason why she wanted to appear on the track that aims to raise the awareness for the "National Childhood Cancer Awareness" month.

"Singing an iconic song like Hey Jude with an all-star cast of musicians, athletes, actors and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital patients was an incredible experience," Jordin Sparks said. "I'm so proud to support the hospital's mission and hope everyone will check out the music video on heystjude.org!" the singer further added.
