Dreaded terrorist outfit Islamic State (ISIS) has called up its followers to unleash spontaneous attacks on citizens of countries who have joined the coalition against anti-ISIS campaign in Iraq and Syria. The call has been made in the latest edition of its propaganda magazine "Dabiq", where the terror group has made an effort to justify its atrocities and inhuman actions including killing, kidnapping and enslaving of women using Islamic tenets as a shield..

Call For Attacks

The magazine calls for attacks in every country that is part of the U. S led coalition, which include US, UK, France, Canada, Australia, and Germany. It asks the cadres to target citizens of these "crusader" nations wherever they are found," reports PJ Media.

In one article, there is exhortation to Muslims to come out of homes and find crusaders to kill. It further asks the killing be attributed to patrons of the Islamic State and do it in anonymity otherwise the "crusader media" will portray such attacks as random killings.

The magazine also advises would-be jihadists to be unrepentant in killing citizens from "crusader" countries. "Kill a disbelieving American or European especially the spiteful and filthy French or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any disbeliever, including citizens of countries who are in the coalition against the Islamic State. The ISIS propaganda magazine tells its jihadis to "just rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner".

The magazine also asks the followers not to take any advice or verdict from anyone. It says killing a disbeliever whether he is civilian or military does not make a difference. "Rely upon Allah and stab the crusader' must be be the battle cry for all Islamic State patrons," the article reminds the jihadi cadres.

Warning To U.S

Another article lambasts the U. S on invading and occupying Iraq. The ISIS article says, "We will conquer your Rome, break your crosses, and enslave your women, by the permission of Allah, the Exalted".

"You have claimed that you withdrew from Iraq. O Obama - four years ago, we told you that you were liars, that you had not withdrawn, and that if you had withdrawn, you would return, after some time. Here you are. You hid some of your forces behind proxies and withdrew the rest. Your forces will return in greater numbers than they were before. If you are not able to return, then we will come to your homeland with Allah's permission."

It has been estimated that there are more than 11,000 foreigners drawn from 50 countries who have joined the IS militants in Syria and Iraq, reports Russian News agency Ria Novosti. The latest edition of the magazine has an interesting cover--ISIS flag embossed in the Vatican courtyard. The ISIS has claimed that many of the articles were written by late American journalist Steven Sotloff and the British hostage John Cantlie.
