HTC is gearing up for the imminent release of One M10, which also believed to be named as HTC One 10. In the past three weeks, the company has teased for its upcoming smartphone twice. However, the Taiwanese tech giant has not yet announced the official release date of the HTC One M10.

The HTC One M10 is expected to be released on April 19.

Here’s a roundup of the rumoured specs of the HTC One M10 (HTC One10).

Display and design

According to prevailing rumours the HTC One M10 will arrive in a slim unibody all-metal design. It may sport a refreshing new look with a chamfered edge metallic chassis. The phone may also come with IP68 certification that will make it dust and water proof.

The HTC One M10 (HTC One10) will reportedly feature a 5.1-inch or 5.2-inch QHD AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. The smartphone is said to imbibe the look and feel of the popular HTC One A9.

Processor

The HTC One M10 is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset as compared to a Snapdragon 810 processor which runs its predecessor. Just like the newly released Samsung Galaxy S7, the One M10 is also believed to be shipped with different processors, depending on the market.

The smartphone is also tipped to sport a massive 4GB of RAM along with Adreno 530 GPU for graphics.

Camera

The camera department will surely be the main USP of the device. The most recent teaser image posted on the company’s official page indicates that the smartphone will sport a dual-lens camera module. The HTC One M10 is believed to come with a 12 MP UltraPixel camera coupled with features like dual LED flash and laser autofocus.

The HTC One M10 is believed to be shipped with a 5MP UltraPixel front-facing camera sensor by Samsung.

Software

The iteration of the HTC One M9 is expected to launch with Google’s Android 6.0 Marshmallow paired with HTC Sense 8.0. The One M9 was launched with Android 5.0 Lollipop onboard. Depending on carrier approvals and regions, the company has already started rolling out the Marshmallow update to the One M9.

According to Central News Agency (via Digitimes) the upcoming HTC One M10 will come with support for its Vive VR headset. The smartphone will accompany an “Ice View” feature which will enable users to access the phone services of Vive.
