HTC 10 (aka HTC One M10), the 2016 flagship smartphone from HTC is now official. It is blessed with impressive specifications and features. The HTC 10 release date, price and availability for multiple regions have been announced.

HTC 10 comes with a Super LCD 5 display of 5.2-inch. It supports Quad HD resolution and offers a pixel density of 564 ppi. The U.S. variant is powered by Snapdragon 820 and 4 GB of RAM.

In some other regions like India, a stripped down version of the smartphone called HTC 10 Lifestyle will be available. It will be powered by Snapdragon 652 and 3 GB of RAM. The remaining specs of both models are same, GSM Arena reported.

It comes in storage choices of 32 GB and 64 GB and offers support for up to 2 TB microSD card on its additional storage slot. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS present on HTC 10 is overlaid with Sense 8 UI.

The 12 MP UltraPixel on the rear side and 5 MP UltraPixel present on the front are both equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The rear camera also supports laser autofocus, 4K resolution video recording and dual-LED flash.

The physical Home button of HTC One M10 houses a fingerprint scanner and its bottom side features a USB Type-C slot. The front is equipped with dual non-stereo BoomSound speakers.

The dimensions of HTC 10 are 145.9 x 71.9 x 9 mm and it weighs 161 grams. It is packed with a huge battery of 3000 mAh that carries support for fast charging. It is available in color options like gray, silver, gold and red.

The HTC 10 preorders has started in the U.S. with a price tag of $699 for gray and silver editions. The unlocked HTC 10 will be shipped to the customers in May. The pricing of HTC 10 variants from Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint have not been disclosed yet. The UH OH Protection service will be available in the U.S. for HTC 10 customers. It will fix a shattered screen or water damage for free in the first year of ownership, Phone Arena reported.

The HTC One M10 is available in gray, silver and gold colors in the U.K for £570 (AU$1055). Except for Germany where it costs €700 (AU$1033), the HTC 10 price will be 750 (AU$1107) in other European regions like Austria, Finland, France, Italy, Spain and Sweden. In Australia, it is expected to be priced at AU$999.
