April 12, 2016 will see the unveiling of HTC’s much anticipated upcoming flagship smartphone, the One M10 (aka HTC 10). The latest rumour says that the much anticipated HTC One M10 (HTC 10) could be the first ever smartphone to flaunt a front-facing camera unit with optical image stabilisation (OIS).

The Taiwanese tech giant has previously teased that its upcoming handset will have “world first, world class” camera modules.

A set of images, purportedly captured by the unannounced HTC One M10 has been floating on the Web, depicting the OIS effects of the selfie shooter of the upcoming flagship device. The pictures revealed by the production team of a photo booth service called SmileBooth are taken using a selfie stick, as reported by Phanroid.

The selfie images were posted by Kisha Bari on Twitter. However, the account, used for testing SmileBooth’s photo service has now become defunct.

Ever since HTC released its first teaser of the purported One M10 (HTC 10) in late February, the Taiwanese tech giant’s Twitter handle has been flooded with teasers and promotional images of the upcoming flagship.

The smartphone is also speculated to be named as HTC One 10. The tech giant is yet to tag the smartphone will an official name.

According to the latest teaser video, HTC's highly anticipated 2016 flagship smartphone will also boast improved audio capability. The video mentions that the smartphone will come with “the best BoomSound yet”.

In the meantime, Qualcomm’s Twitter post reading “The power of #Snapdragon meeting the #powerof10” also supports previous rumours, that the upcoming flagship smartphone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 chipset.

Other rumoured specs of the HTC One M10 (HTC 10) include 5.1 or 5.2-inch display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution , 12 MP UltraPixel rear-facing camera, a generous 4GB of RAM and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
