Details about the HTC 11 have been reportedly leaked and it is set to launch in early 2017. Even though the company had been silent all the while, tech enthusiasts have not shied away from speculating its features. Details about the handset were leaked on Weibo.

The HTC 10 was released in April and although the smartphone was not highly recommended due to lack of any standout feature, users already started speculating about the HTC 11. If reports about the phone being revealed early 2017 hold true, the HTC 11 may be launched on April 2017. It can also be March 2017 as most of HTC mobiles, except the HTC 10, were launched in March.

Although it is too early to suggest a price tag for the HTC 11, PC Advisor believes the handset will be pretty expensive and may cost in the range of £549 (AU$895)-£599 (AU$980). Due to the lukewarm success of the HTC 10, the mobile maker is reportedly ready to wow its customers this time with the HTC 11.

Some tech enthusiasts have tried comparing the HTC 11 to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge, writes Tech Radar. As per the Weibo leaks, the HTC 11 will have a 5.5-inch display with screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. It is expected to have a curved display.

An insider source has claimed that the HTC 11 will have a 12MP primary camera and 8MP front camera. There is no news whether it will follow the current trend of a dual-lens camera. HTC is very strong when it comes to the designs its’ smartphones sport. However, practically nothing is known about the design of the HTC 11.

HTC may use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chipset in its HTC 11 smartphone. Although a high-performance Snapdragon processor is capable of supporting 8GB of RAM, the HTC 11 could sport either a 4/6GB RAM.
