Major Australian carriers started selling the latest HTC 10 from May 3. Last month, the flagship smartphone was made available for pre-orders in the US by Verizon Wireless.

The HTC 10 will also be available outright from retail outlets of both JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman at $1099 .

Telstra

The carrier will sell the 32GB HTC 10 in Glacial Silver and Carbon Gray colour options starting from $83 per month plan. This 24-month plan will offer 1GB mobile data along with unlimited Telstra Air data until Sep. 30 across Australia.

Optus

Optus has a wide range of 24-month postpaid plans starting from $67 per month. A compared to Telstra, the Optus plans are less expensive. An $87 per month plan unlimited national calls, 6GB of mobile data and unlimited standard national SMS.

Vodafone

The HTC 10 on Vodafone Australia will available through nine monthly tariff plans starting from $75 per month. However, the telco recommends a $78 per month plan offering 4GB of mobile data for 24-months. This plan includes 1GB of bonus data and $18 per month handset repayment.

Virgin Mobile

Virgin Mobile will offer only the Silver colour variant of the HTC 10. The 24-month plans range from as low as $59 per month to $130 per month. The A$70 per month plan will cover handset cost of $20 per month, which makes it the most sensible option to opt for. It includes unlimited calls and text with OZ and a reasonable 3GB of mobile data.
