The Hapstall siblings will play an important role in “How to Get Away with Murder” Season 2. The past two episodes of ABC’s legal drama series have revealed the two crimes that happened at the Hapstall mansion so there is a possibility that Annalise Keating’s client Caleb (Kendrick Sampson) and Catherine (Amy Okuda) Hapstall have a connection.

Spoiler Alert: This feature contains major “How to Get Away with Murder” Season 2 spoilers.

The premiere episode’s flashforward ending scene has shocked the viewers because lead character Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) got shot inside the Hapstall mansion. The second episode’s ending scene has shown that A.D.A. Emily Sinclair (Sarah Burns) is dead and Annalise’s students Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch), Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza), Michaela Pratt (Aja Naomi King) and Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) were also at the Hapstall mansion.

The murder mystery that happened at the Hapstall mansion had the HTGAWM fans asking the burning questions like who shot Annalise, who killed A.D.A. Emily Sinclair, why were they at the Hapstall mansion that night and where were the Hapstall siblings? Listed below are the possible suspects in the Hapstall mansion murder mystery:

1. The Keating Five. Annalise’s students are once again involved in the new murder mystery of “How to Get Away with Murder” Season 2. Wes, Connor, Laurel and Michaela were the only ones involved in the murder of Annalise’s husband Sam Keating (Tom Verica) in the pilot season. In the new season, Asher Millstone (Matt McGorry) could now have a part in the crimes at the Hapstall mansion because of his connection with A.D.A. Emily Sinclair.

2. Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil). Annalise’s associate attorney Bonnie could have committed the crimes at the Hapstall mansion because of her past with Annalise and what she is capable of doing. Bonnie has told Annalise that she does not forget what she owes and she killed Rebecca Sutter (Katie Findlay) for Annalise.

3. The Hapstall siblings. The crimes happened at the Hapstall mansion so one or both of the Hapstall siblings could be involved.

The upcoming episodes of “How to Get Away with Murder” Season 2 will slowly reveal what really happened that night, who is or are responsible for the crimes and why Emily Sinclair, Annalise and her students were at the Hapstall mansion.

“How to Get Away with Murder” Season 2 will return with episode 3 titled “It’s Called the Octopus.” The brand new episode is scheduled to air on Thursday night, Oct. 8, at 10/9c on ABC.
