ABC's latest drama thriller "How to Get Away With Murder" has created quite a stir among the viewers with its bold and twisty storyline. The show has now taken to brief winter hiatus leaving its fans wanting for more. Even though it is almost two months away from its return airdate, spoilers and details on the upcoming episode have begun to surface. Here are few spoilers on upcoming episodes of "How to Get Away With Murder." Read on to find out what happens next. [Warning: Potential Spoilers Ahead!]

"How to get Away With Murder" revolves around very well-reputed defense attorney Viola Davis and her five students/interns-Wes, Laurel, Asher, Connor and Michaela. While trying to solve the murder mystery of a graduation student Lila Stangard, the interns get entangled in the murder of their boss' husband Sam. He also happens to be the murdered girls' love interest.

The last-aired episode ended with some major cliffhangers. It revealed exactly what happened on the night of Sam's death. The man is killed during the scuffle with the main suspect in Lila's murder case, Rebecca. However, Wes gave the final blow to Sam and he is the main culprit in his death. But not one can be entirely blamed for Sam's murder.

Meanwhile, Annalise pays a visit to Nate in his apartment and they end up sleeping together. Elsewhere, Bonnie binges on alcohol before making a call to Asher. At Asher's house, things get heated up between the two. Next morning, Annalise gives a call to Bonnie and she sounds really freaked out.

Wes destroys the storage drive that Rebecca snatched from Sam before he died. Later, Annalise's announces that she has filed a complaint with the police since Sam is missing. In the final flashback, the show takes a jaw dropping twist that shows Annalise was present in the room when Wes returned to her mansion to retrieve the murder weapon from the crime spot.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, show's executive producer Peter Nowalk hinted at what can be expected when the show returns in January with its Episode 10. The last part of Episode 9 compels people to wonder that Annalise could be involved in Sam's murder helping Wes. The EP reveals that "there will be an answer one way or another" in the upcoming episodes.

He also disclosed that Wes and Annalise's relationship will only get "complicated" in the "wake of Sam's death." Meanwhile, the sequence of events and Sam's murder is going to "rock his [Wes'] entire foundation."

In an interview with E! News, Peter Nowalk revealed that the students are bound to "feel the pressure and feel paranoid." However, he assures that things will continue to get crazy. As per him, "how they handle it all" is going to be the fun part and reveals that they are going to do so in a "very scary and different way that you'd expect." "That tension is going to permeate through the entire rest of the season," the EP adds while talking to E! News.
