‘Home and Away’ spoilers: A new family arrives in Summer Bay; Billie tells the truth about her baby to VJ

“Home and Away” has recently resumed filming at Palm Beach, in time for its return to TV in Jan. 30. There are rumours that a new family will be arriving in Summer Bay very soon.

Photos of the new characters of “Home and Away,” rumoured to be the Astoni family, were shared online. The actors were filming what appeared to be their arrival scene in Summer Bay. Rohan Nichol and Kestie Morassi will play the father and mother, while Anna Cocquerel and Sophie Dillman will take on the roles of their two daughters, respectively.

The new family will soon become part of the main cast of “Home and Away.” It will be the first time that a regular nuclear family will be introduced to Summary Bay since the Sutherland family back in 2001, notes Back to the Bay. The family is expected to make its debut on the Australian soap opera in June or July 2017.

Meanwhile, in “Home and Away,” VJ (Matthew Little) and Billie (Tessa De Josselin) are about to have a wedding drama. Bianca (Lisa Gormley) will also return to Summer Bay. Billie (Tessa de Josselin) will also finally reveal the truth about her baby to her fiancé VJ (Matt Little).

Previously, Billie announced to everyone that she is carrying VJ’s child. However, Mick Jennings (Kristian Schmid) is the real biological father of the baby. Mick raped Billie last year and ultimately impregnated her. Billie was trying to convince herself that lying about the baby’s true father was the right thing to do, but her conscience has been bothering her as their wedding approaches, writes Digital Spy.

At the wedding, Billie will break down after hearing VJ’s sincere vows. She will apologise before storming out of the ceremony in tears. VJ will follow to try and get some answers. Billie will finally reveal that VJ is not the father of her baby and that she was raped.

Bianca is also set to come back to Summer Bay. She will surprise Irene and the two will spend some time together. However, when she is finally alone, it will be revealed that she is hiding a terrible secret. Bianca will also receive a mystery call and immediately avoids the caller. Bianca’s husband, Heath (Dan Ewing), will also follow her to Summer Bay, although she will be cold towards him. Apparently, Heath was the caller and the two have deeper issues to settle.

“Home and Away” airs Monday to Thursday at 7:00PM on Seven Network in Australia. In the UK, “Home and Away” airs during weekdays at 1:15PM and 6:00PM on Channel 5. More updates and details are expected soon.
