Back to the Bay reports that on Thursday, Tanya files a lawsuit against Roo for causing the tragic accident. Skye, on the other hand, disobeys John’s orders and takes her relationship with Tank to a new level. Meanwhile, Matt is unsure that he could take care of Maddy. Maddy, for her part, decides on what to do with her life.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek for tonight’s episode. In the preview video, Alf and Roo discuss about Tanya’s legal charges, wherein she seeks up to $400,000 in damages. Alf wants to go ahead and call a lawyer since Roo has to respond to the lawsuit by the end of the month. However, Roo wants to wait for Tanya to calm down so they could talk. Alf reiterates that the explosion was not Roo’s fault, and Roo makes him promise not to let Maddy know about it.

In another trailer, Chris saw Skye and Tank kissing, and told John about it. John confronted Skye about it and a heated argument ensues. Meanwhile, Tanya says that she can’t trust Roo, and tells Alf that she just wants to protect her daughter. Maddy, on the other hand, reveals to Matt that she wants to travel all over the world.

"Home and Away" recap

On Wednesday, Ash attacked VJ for knocking up Billie. Leah lashed at VJ for not being responsible and using protection like he promised. She even expressed doubts that VJ is the father of Billie’s baby, causing VJ to explode in anger. Leah then turned to Zac about VJ”s predicament, and she couldn’t wrap her head around the fact that she’s going to be a grandmother. Zac tried to calm her down and said he’d talk to VJ. Zac went to the beach and saw VJ there. They discussed about the Billie’s pregnancy and VJ said he’s confused if he wants Billie to keep the baby. Zac advised him to talk to Billie about it, especially if he doesn’t want to be a dad yet. Zac then brought VJ home to make up with Leah.

At the hospital, Billie reprimanded Ash for confronting VJ. Ash asked her whether she’s going to keep the baby, and Billie said terminating it is not an option. “I’ve always wanted a real family,” she cries. She said she’s ready to have a baby. Ash promised to stand by her and the baby no matter what. Later, Ash told Phoebe that Billie is pregnant. She went to visit Billie at the hospital and asked if the baby is really VJ’s, and raised the possibility that it may had been a result of the rape incident. Billie said she’s certain that she’s carrying VJ’s child. Later, Leah drove VJ to the hospital, and he talked to Billie about the pregnancy. He asked if they’re still together and if she’s keeping it. Billie said yes to both questions, and that there are no expectations for him to get involved. He said he wants to be part of it, and said he wants to be with Billie. Later, Leah talked to Billie privately, and asked her if there’s no chance that the baby could be someone else’s. Billie stood her ground and said it’s definitely VJ’s, and Leah replied that Billie has their family’s full support.

Meanwhile, Roo informed Evie and Josh that Maddy is coming home the next day from the hospital, but Roo looked disturbed after. Later, Roo had a nightmare about the explosion. She woke up with a start, just in time for Alf to arrive. He told her that she noticeably looked tired and not herself. Roo opened up to him and told him that every time she closes her eyes and try to go to sleep, she sees Oscar. She said it got worse when the police told her that she didn’t do the proper safety checks which may have led to the accident. She continued that she’ll go to the doctor to see what help she can get, but Alf expressed doubts on taking sleeping pills. When she consulted the doctor, she was told to see a psychologist and was prescribed something to take off her anxiety. At home, Roo almost took the pills that the doctor recommended, but changed her mind. Later, Roo had another nightmare about the explosion and decided to take the pills.

Evie proposed going away for a while with Josh, but he said Andy’s court case is coming up and they need to be there. Evie said Andy doesn’t deserve Josh’s help. Josh disagreed, leading Evie to conclude that Josh already forgave his brother. When Josh said he has, Evie walked away. Later, Josh caught up with her and asked her to understand. Evie said that she doesn’t understand how we could forgive someone who causes so much pain. Josh said, “It doesn’t mean that just because you lost your brother, I have to lose mine as well.” He professed his love to Evie, but asked her to understand that he can’t turn his back on Andy since he’s the only family he’s got.
